Hi! I’m Megan, and I founded Scaling Systems and Marketing Systems because I know how it feels to turn your passion project into a business… with no business experience. I started my coaching business because coaching transformed my own life, but when I began coaching part-time after long days of teaching, I quickly learned that you can love your business and still struggle.
In my first year, I invested in everything I could to make my business easier, more profitable, and less stressful. Four one-on-one coaches, three programs, two groups, and tens of thousands of dollars later, I finally discovered how to create a business that’s both fulfilling and sustainable, and I’m passionate about helping you do the same.

The reason I started my rebranding business is so that when I have kids of my own I’ll have the flexibility and lifestyle I was looking for in a career. I had been in graphic design but I wanted to start something of my own!

The cost of a business coach can vary widely depending on their experience, specialty, and the level of support offered. On average, group coaching programs can range anywhere from $200 to $2,000 per month, while private one-on-one coaching often starts around $1,000 per month and can go well above $5,000 per month for highly experienced coaches.
My programs are designed to give you high-value support at clear, transparent prices:
Marketing Systems (for businesses growing from $0–10K) is $1,500 for the year or $167 monthly.
Scaling Systems Mastermind (for scaling from $10K–100K) is $7,500 for the year or $650 monthly.
Private one-on-one coaching with me is $15,000 for the year or $2,500 monthly.
