How to CONTENT BATCH FOR THE MONTH in 3 hours 

For the entire month!

SOLOPRENEURS have to wear all the hats (CEO, CMO, CFO, COO, etc.) so you need to be insanely efficient and organized to make sure every ROLE’S RESPONSIBILITIES are being fulfilled.

Being a CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) can be the most stressful because it’s arguably one of the most important roles because without marketing NO ONE KNOWS YOUR BUSINESS EXISTS… and there are so many mini RESPONSIBILITIES under that role: graphic designer, copywriter, content creator… the list goes on!

This was the hardest piece of my business too because I knew I could HELP so many people, I would have 1000% of IDEAS written down in random places, but when it came time to write the post itself I would be STUCK not knowing what to say! 

In order to stop spending 2 freaking hours a day on posting I knew I had to simplify my marketing and that’s why I made this 3 step planning system that I do around 1x a month:

  1. Choose a topic to talk about each week of the month

  2. Categorized 3 ideas that fit each weekly topic and pasted them to the blanks for each topic (1 hour)

  3. Content BATCHED by filming a mix of talking about topics/ using trending audio just swapping out shirts (1-2 hours)

*taking an hour each week to write the copy and get the graphics ready.  

This was super SIMPLE, I was able to create badass POSITIONING because the topics made my business stand out, and then I was able to take TIME to fulfill the other roles in my business!

ALSO when it came time to HIRE my phenomenal social media manager, Tess, it was a SEAMLESS process and she has been able to IMPLEMENT my systems with ease and add her EXPERTISE instead of starting from ground 0!
