How to Use Relevancy and Urgency to Sign Clients

The mindset and messaging shift that gets people asking, “Where do I sign?”

Urgency: Help Them Understand Why Now

Urgency isn’t about forcing people into a decision. It’s about helping them see the cost of waiting. Maybe they’ve been sitting on a goal for months. Maybe they’re burning out. Maybe their current plan is already failing them.

You create urgency by:

  • Highlighting what they miss out on by not solving the problem

  • Speaking to upcoming events, seasons, or transitions in their life (hello, summer slowdown!)

  • Painting a picture of what life could look like if they take action now
