Now, just a little bit of information about this upcoming round of the Mastermind. This podcast is going to be released on the 27th of January, and enrollment closes on Sunday the 2nd of, uh, February. So if you're thinking about joining the surround of the Mastermind, definitely make sure that you get your consults in. Sign up and you'll be joining them within our weekly calls on Wednesday the 12th after you do Systems Week, which will be the third through the seventh. So lots of fun, exciting times to come. We have, uh, Michael, why don't you go ahead and get us started and why don't you go ahead and introduce yourself and give us your breakthrough since you started the Six Figure Systems Mastermind. Yeah, well, I appreciate you having me on. And, uh, so my name is Mike Lombard and I started McKitty's coaching and consulting, um, with Megan's help, of course. Um, and what, uh, I do is I coach and kind of specify working with young adults, in particular recent, uh, college graduates, people just entering the job market, trying to get a handle on what their career is supposed to be like and kind of aligning their, their personal and their professional purpose in that way. So that's kind of what I do. Um, my biggest breakthrough I think has been actually setting up a usable and repeatable system, um, for, uh, not only reaching out to clients, but once they are, uh, in the system, being able to stay in contact and actually be a part of the system long term. Um, so I think that's been a huge breakthrough for me because I was just not where my mind was at when I started thinking about coaching. So, um, and I, yeah, I cannot thank you enough for kind of putting that on my radar because that was not where my head was at all. Well, and I'd all be like asking a couple questions to you guys too, as we go through. But one of the things that I think is really great about your position is that you have really just started your coaching business. Uh, so I think a lot of people who are just starting out, they have no idea kind of what to do. And that's where I was for sure. When I was leaving teaching, I did no idea like what is the first couple steps. And just to have that laid out I thought was really, really helpful for me. And that's something I'm really glad that those helpful for to. Absolutely. I mean that's definitely where I was. Um, I was the kind of person that, you know, as far as what coaching was, I was like, I got this like I've, I've been doing that type of communication forever. I know what I'm doing once I get people into a coaching session. But setting up a business around it and figuring out how to market to people and create this very specific uh, niche to, to advertise to and to, to market to was not on my radar at all. So that was definitely the piece that I needed and you were certainly there for.
So what did you also just to give? Because I think a lot of people think that you have to be like a formal coach or have like a business background. Do you mind sharing what you did before you started business? Because I think it's just. Yeah, so I was definitely not a life coach. Um, what I actually was a hostage negotiator, uh, for a very long time. And that was really the, the, the catapult if you will, that kind of let me know, like, hey, this is the type of thing you're kind of good at. You know, can we put this into a business model? So yeah, it was definitely very different but uh, bore some same, some similar similarities. Excuse me. Yeah, well I, I just think that that's such a cool thing for people to hear because I think a lot of people think okay, a lot of people are joining. They typically have a business background, a very typical career. And I think that's like no, you don't have to have a typical career. Starting the business can be based on your past experience that you built on. And the business stuff is truly the easiest part to learn. If you know how to serve people and coach them, it's so much easier to learn that skill than to like learn how to coach. So. Right. It's really huge. Mhm. For sure. Awesome. Michael, thank you for sharing that. Of course. Yeah. I am going to move on over to Amy. If you want to go ahead and unmute and share who you are, who you help and what your biggest breakthrough has been so far, that would be awesome. Absolutely. I'm Amy Scott. I'm a weight loss coach for women who like me. I've struggled with weight my entire life and they're looking For a solution to finally lose their weight forever. I lost 80 pounds after the age of 55 with Hashimoto's with all the things family obesity, all that stuff. And I've kept it off for the past five years. I'm the founder of the Lose it forever weight loss group coaching program. I also work with one on one clients. Um, we are in an interesting season in our life right now. We've um, my mother in law moved in with us about a year ago. We have an in law suite. So I love having a business that can accommodate that. That's been a value of ours and so that's part of like why I'm doing what I'm doing. Being able to be available for her. Um one and she'll be 89 on Monday by the way. So the 27th I was that's a big day for her. So I'm excited. Um, my biggest breakthrough was basically working with Megan to create my marketing pillars. I uh, know how to coach. I've been certified since 22. I know how to lose weight. I know how to explain how to lose weight. I know how to coach my clients. What I didn't understand was the marketing piece of how to explain it and have the confidence to reach out with in person and online. In addition creating my marketing calendar just like feeling confident of knowing how to organize my time, that was probably the biggest breakthrough of realizing that there are different um, they're different skill sets. They're totally different skill sets. And focus. Having time to focus on the big picture planning versus the video editing and the graphic design and then the copywriting and splitting those out into separate categories was, has been so useful for me in helping to communicate really clearly to my clients. So um, this just really love knowing what I'm going to be doing no matter what day of the week it is. That's because I did used to work full time and when I went full time into just being a coach I was like oh this will be great. I have so much time, I have nothing. Meanwhile I would be at home going uh, I don't know where to go, I don't know what to start with. And just feeling very frozen. So this feels really, really beautiful. Um, just learning how to communicate with my ideal client has been super, super powerful. My gosh, I love that you mean and I think that I Jen.
So within the program there's systems week currently where you come in and each day you learn a different system. So on Monday you make your offer. So as Amy said that she has the Lose it forever program. So she has a group and one on one, which is, uh, that something that other people might be thinking about doing. And then I distinctly remember on the marketing day when I go over the powerful positioning protocol, which is going over your calendar, how to actually utilize your time. I used to remember your face lighting up and being like, oh, this is how you do it. You actually have a specific thing to do each day, each week. There's a way that you can have a process. And I think that's so helpful for so many of us that we're like, we crush it with our as an employee. But then as soon as we don't have the job description, it makes it really difficult to scale and grow as an entrepreneur. And I think that's uh, what I think the systems provide. So really, really glad that you brought that up. Yeah. So good. So my biggest accomplishment so far is really growing in my confidence and my identity as a CEO. I'm actually in a mastermind with some peers and one of my client, my clients friends just said, wow, I have definitely noticed a huge shift in what you're putting out your, your attitude, like what, how you're feeling. And I just feel so much more confident because of this confidence. Actually made, uh, an offer for my doctor at my doctor's office in the middle of appointment to do a lunch for them this coming spring. So I would never have done that before, but I just felt so powerful, like, I got this. I know exactly what I'm going to do, how I'm going to help, how I can help their patients. And, and just the thought of the B2B for me is really because I want to reach as many, I want to help as many women as possible to lose all their weight forever. It's just, it's such a, you know, epidemic in the country. It's one of those things that people feel so hopeless about, especially if they're a little bit older. Um, and so I just feel really passionate about that. I'm super excited to do that. Um, so. Yeah. Well, I am so, so glad to have you. And I, I really do think that, like, that's the thing. I see so many people come in, they're so passionate about what they do, but then they just don't have the business experience or background. That's how I was too. And I'm m so glad that like, other people are even seeing that for you. That's what so many people say is like, they, uh, start getting more messages from friends and family because they're like, oh, like, you have gone from like, kind of like posting every once in a while to like, consistently posting. So me, I'm super excited for that for you. And again, Amy and Michael and Michelle actually joined the pass around of the Mastermind. So they've only been in for about a month, like a month and a half now. So you guys are like, really like six weeks into the 26 weeks that we work together. So we have plenty of time to keep growing. And I'm so excited to see where both of you guys are, all three of you guys and Eleni, of course, as well, in by the end of May. So really exciting times. Now, speaking of a lady, I'm going to pin you to the screen. Uh, and if you want to introduce yourself and your biggest breakthrough so far. Well, hi, thank you for having me. Am I the veteran here? Am I like. I think you are. Because we actually. One on one, which is so exciting. Yes, yes. We started with one on one, and then I transitioned to the Mastermind. While I'm Eleni Konamides. I am a certified sex therapist and a, uh, sexual wellness and intimacy coach for women with low libido. And, uh, the biggest breakthrough has been to kind of blend those two identities for me and find a way to see myself as both a therapist and a coach. Uh, not either or. And not have those two things compete with each other rather than complement each other. It's, uh, you know, growing my business as a therapist. I've been doing it for over 10 years. I have my private practice, and even though there's a lot of overlapping components around networking and, you know, letting other people know what you do and who you help so that they can refer people to you as a coach. That's a bit of a different kind of angle. Right. There's a lot more online presence that, um, nowadays is in a way necessary. And you're helping me with developing my online confidence and just shifting gears and being more active in that area instead of sort of like reading is as if, as I'm a therapist and, you know, expecting that people will come just because I have a, you know, uh, the practice. Uh, so this is a continuous work for me. And I know that if I didn't have your help and your kind of push and reminders and encouragement and support, um, I would struggle a lot more than I do. Yeah, well, and I find that too. That's one of the things that, like, I think is important that, like, I have somebody that's guiding me that's like, pushing me because I personally do. I like a challenge. I like to rise to the occasion. And I know that's kind of the way you are. And many of the people who listen to this podcast are also like very high achievers that are like, if I have the tools, I can then execute on it. And you're actually the first one that's brought up the coaching side of things. So it's like within our coaching calls, we'll talk about the strategy, we'll talk about what to do, how to get the marketing out there, how to actually have a system to manage your leads, how to actually plan out your time and market your time well. But I think that like all also, once you have, once you know what to do, I think a lot of people are like, oh, yeah, that I'm good. And I think that is not, not always the case.
So if you could talk about like how coaching has helped you with the implementation of the systems that you know. Yes, yes. Knowing, knowing what to do for me hasn't been enough. I've also needed the support and the push in doing it and remembering why it's important and kind of uh, going in and out of like building the motivation and the commitment and doing it and then sort of, you know, kind of falling back into old habits and then going back at it again. Um, and definitely, uh, your support has been very important in this area for me. So, so, and I. That's one of the reasons why I say this is a six month mastermind, because a lot of times there'll be a lot of breakthroughs right at the beginning. Oh, Amy, you've got the six figure systems mug I upset. So fun product placement. Totally. Just kidding. But within this. Hey, look, this is a great day. So when you join this round of the mastermind M, I am giving a mug with that. But within this, the more important, bigger picture that I was thinking about with you is that that's why it's a six month mastermind. I don't know a single person that is going to go through six months of their business life without traveling, without going through the ebbs and flows, without going through a wave of momentum and then losing it. And that's why I want to see you through the point of six months where it really starts to get to that consistency where you have that foundation and then you can build on it. And if you have a moment where you kind of like slip and you're like, oh, I got off the bandwagon, then we can get you right back on really easily instead of being Something that like it's a one and done, it's like more continuous support. So. Mhm. What's that perspective? Thank you so much for sharing. And last but not least for intros and breakthroughs, we have Michelle. So Michelle, if you want to introduce yourself, tell us who you are and your breakthrough and just. Yeah, all of that. We'll get into it. All the things. All the things. So my name is Michelle Specs Arth. And um, I am a trauma informed coach. Uh, basically I help people that have been through narcissistic abuse or toxic relationships to build their confidence, help them through the healing process and help them to start growing forward in their life into the things that they, they really, really want to do. So that's, that's what I do. Um, my breakthrough is, and you knew this Megan, before I even signed, is I needed, I needed a system. I needed something that was going to be very um, laid out for me so that I could just do it. Because if there's something there I can just do it. But when I have to come up with it myself, I was really struggling in that area. So it was really awesome because you helped me out even with my first month, uh, of posts on social media and helped me just to fill that out and that just really helped me to be able to do it for the next month by myself because I could look back on what you'd already done for me. So that was huge. Is just having, having the systems in place has been so great. Yes. Um, yeah. I think that like for you, I think that something that is a unique angle for Michelle is you not only have a full time job but you have another business that you run. Right. So having two businesses running at once. Also you are a mama so it's like you've got all these things going on within your life. I think a lot of times people might see me and I currently don't have children. I would love to have kids in the next two to three years, but I don't have children and I'm working full time. So I think that they think that's the requirement to be in six figure systems. Whereas it's like um, I would say over half of the people in the program actually have a full time job. And if you could just kind of like talk about why having a full time job and having the systems is helpful, that would be so I think helpful for all the listeners. Okay. So I'm going to take it up another level is that I homeschool my children too. Yes. Today they're getting neglected, but most of the time they don't. Um, but so two businesses homeschool kids. Um, and so it was even more important for me to have something set so that I could pull this off in as little amount of time as possible. And the other thing that I really, really loved was that we do meet for two hours a week. Um, there's always, always support there, um, through our classroom and through our Instagram, um, feeds and stuff like that. But it's two hours a week show up and I listen to other people get coached. I get coached. We can also work during that time. And that, um, was actually saving me time because the other things that I've been in took a lot more time than that. Oh, and so this is actually saving me time. Yeah, well, that's. Thank you so much for bringing that up. I didn't even think about that as something that's important. But a lot of things that I think other people are familiar with, especially when it comes to coaching, is certifications and things like that. So, you know, with. Well, typically with a certification, you're typically coming and learning on each call, and it takes about like six months to like, actually start applying something. I actually, I think, Michael, you were also in certification at the same time as, uh, getting the business certification as well or as getting business coaching as well. And that's one of the things that I felt like was really important for me is that, uh, everyone learns the systems. Um, right when you join, you get one week intensive, but then the rest of the time is just application adaptation and making it work for your business. And that's what I wanted the two weeks, two hours a week to really be focused on. So thank you so much for sharing that because that's something I don't really harp on, but I think it's a critical part of this program. It was a big part of it for me because I needed something where I was able to be more actionable and less sitting on calls all the time, learning or whatever. And it's, it's really made a big difference for me. So, Michelle, thank you for hitting on that. That was really great.
Uh, what we're going to do now is we're going to go back around and I'm going to ask everyone what their biggest accomplishments have been so far. So again, most of the people, Michelle, Michael and Amy have been in the program for about a month and a half. A lady worked with me for six months and now she's a month and a half in as well with the Mastermind. But I think this is more. So a lot of people are wondering what do you actually like, are there tangible results that you get from working in six figure systems? Because a lot of people are. Again, sometimes there are other programs where they don't necessarily results that are like tangible right away. And I would love to start off with Michael and have you share about like your accomplishments so far and then we'll just go right back through the list. Sure, absolutely. So, um, I think the biggest thing for me in terms of accomplishment is actually seeing the results of putting some of these marketing practices in place. Um, I wasn't really, when I came into the six figure system, I wasn't really prepared to track my results. Um, I am the world's worst when it comes to the administrative tasks, uh, of business. And so like actually having a system set up to be able to handle that and keep it all straight, um, was really important for me. And so, you know, in order to just to keep myself accountable to doing all of these things right. So, um, actually having those things in place now and being able to see like, oh, I've had 75 hits on my website. I've had, you know, um, 265 people have viewed my um, um, my blog posts like that. Being able to track that kind of stuff is I think what's helping me kind of um, uh, put into context like where all this is going and the fact that these wheels are happening, um, behind the scenes. And that's been huge for me just to kind of keep the things moving forward, knowing that all of this is what leads to a consistent client base. So that's been the biggest breakthrough for me for sure. Oh, it's so huge. I'm so glad you brought that up because that's what I want Everyone walking away with is what I think of as like your six figure formula. So there are different things that you do to create a business and there are different ways that you can post, you can have a website. There are different things that you create and I a way to track those things. I want you to feel like it is repeatable, something that you can create more and more. And I'm so, so glad that you've seen that. And that actually just brought me up to another thought. Like I remembered because when you first started you didn't have a website necessarily just yet and that was something that you created. And you uh, can always post that in there's a stream so you can get feedback on anything that you need. If you even have a question about like what do I message this person? What should I put on this page of my website? All of that's included which is something that was I think important to me. So very excited. And also um, I hope you don't mind me sharing that you also decide a client too which is pretty exciting. So a month and a half in you brought in a new client which is huge. And that's one of the things that like again I want people to hear that like you don't have to take six months to sign your first client. You can get started even if you're in certification, even if you don't have a website yet. All the stuff that you can create like a month and a half in too. Absolutely. So good.
Okay. Amy, do you mind sharing about what your accomplishment has been since you've joined the Mastermind? Yes, absolutely. So the biggest accomplishment is that my time is more directed. I'm able to use my time more effectively. It's definitely stopped my brain from spinning and in the confusion and doubt and not knowing where to start. This sounds gonna sound silly but my biggest accomplishment is I actually get a good night's sleep now. It sounds really silly but it's really important to me for my health, for my business, for everything that I'm not waking up in the middle of the night going oh my gosh, like feeling that panic. Um, also I did have a webinar, I call it Food Prep Live this past weekend and I basically doubled the amount of work so you have a tracker in the webinars module. So I notice I can keep track of ah, what I did differently this week from this month, from last month. They do it monthly and I can see that I doubled my um, my efforts. You know, posts and emails, follow up emails, engaging more online. It was, it just is neat to see the progress, the incremental progress that's happening that I know is going to be resulting in more clients. It's basically inevitable that this is going to be happening. So I just love it so. Oh gosh. I love that too. And one of the things that like again like Michael said and Amy said is like the tracking is huge for me. I think that like a lot of times there's like this rule of 90 where it says that you take like on average 90 days of consistent effort to see results. And I have a lot of people that will put like and I track the money that you're making so they'll see like 000 every week for the amount of money that they're making but they're also tracking other things. So it doesn't feel like, okay. Just because I haven't signed a client doesn't mean that I'm not making improvements and growing. And that was important for me too. Let me just say, as a weight loss coach, this is what I would call a non scale victory. That not every result results in the number on the scale. That. That's part. This is all part of it. So I just realized that, that, that really resonated with me just how you put it that way. Yeah, it also, uh, you mentioned even like that your husband noticed. Like, again, this is good. Like your family and friends. Like, I want you to have peace of mind. I want you to be able to run a business and also have a life. Like, that's important. And didn't you say, like, your husband even noticed that you were feeling better? He said. Yeah, he said. He said, I noticed when you're sitting, when you're. When I'm in my office, I'm, um, like, I'm very concentrated. I'm very focused. It's really different than in the past. I might be trying to avoid doing the things, but I'm just. He can tell that it's. I know what I'm doing. Yeah, he did make it. I forgot about that. He made a comment about that. I remember that like two I saw in your. Uh, so everyone gets an individualized form that they submit to me every week and I give them individualized feedback. And I remember that being one of yours. And I'm like, that's so exciting that like, you're able to sleep through the night and things like that. That's so important and I'm so, so proud of you. Amy, thank you so much for sharing. Thanks. Elainey.
You are next. What do you feel like your biggest accomplishment has been so far? Uh, I don't know where to begin as far as, like, I see it as a, like, it's a group of. It's like the whole thing. Right. I like what Emmy just described this idea of, like being able to relax elsewhere in life and be present for it because, you know, there is a place and a time where you can deal with your business. It's the time of the mastermind. And couple other times that you have put on your schedule based on what Megan said, put the time aside to do this and this and that. So you planned for it. And then the rest of the time you can sort of live life without being worried about, like obsessing about the business and spending more time spinning your wheels. And really not getting any traction than, um, more condensed time. And I think my. I think my, My biggest kind of, um, accomplishment is being willing to put my work out in sort of like, form of B minus rather than trying to perfect it first, uh, before, like, and procrastinate and sort of, like, delay out of this fear that it might, you know, other people's judgment, it's not good enough. So it's been nice to see that I can put the work out there and tolerate the discomfort of it not being perfect and knowing that I have the time to make it better next time and allowing myself to kind of generate content and, um, material or ideas for my, for my work without kind of holding it in out of fear that it's not perfect yet, so therefore I shouldn't put it out there. Does that make sense? My gosh, of course. And I think that every listener is going to resonate with that, because I think if you're. Even if you come from a background where you're marketing other people's work, it's so much easier to sell something that's not related to you. Now, you are not your business. Everyone will tell you that, like, but it can feel so raw and authentic and vulnerable when you are sharing something that you're so passionate about, like your coaching business, versus, like, telling someone, hey, I love this restaurant. You should totally go there because it's really, like, related to you. And so I think that's something that people can relate to at every level and something that I also want to share with people for you. Do you mind sharing how much your business made last year? How much money? Yeah, um, well, it made 105. 105. So I think a lot of people think that all these thoughts about perfectionism, like, oh, if I was making more money, I wouldn't care. I'd be able to post. And this happens at every single level. As you get bigger, as you are doing things, um, that are new, like, if you maybe like. Eleni, I know that you were mostly on email before, and now you're branching out to social media, all those old thoughts can come up again. So at every stage of this business, your thoughts are going to kind of create this impact on you. And I'm so glad that's been an accomplishment for you.
And, uh, I also want to share you traveled a lot last year too, where. So you were able to go. And you went to, I think. Where did you go last year that you were able to, like, still keep up the emails even though you were away? Well, I went to Mexico and, uh, I went on a cruise to the Caribbean. And I know I did something else too, but I can't remember now. Wasn't it Greece? No. I'm going this year, though, for a month this year. Okay. So it was like there were multiple trips, though. I remember it was like kind of in the, um, in the fall time. And I think people see me going on all these trips and they're like, oh, yeah, well, Megan's a special snowflake. She can make money and travel, but I can't make money and travel. And I'm like, no, you. If you have the systems to keep it consistent, you absolutely can have the freedom in your life and also the financial freedom in your business. So thanks for letting me overshare for you. I used to. I was like. I was just like, those are things that I was thinking for you. I was like, we need to touch on this because I think it's important and that other people want to dream about too. Thank you letting me overshare for you. And Michelle, tell us about your biggest accomplishment so far in the Mastermind. Um, okay, so accomplishments for me is that I wasn't getting consult. I was, um, in the Facebook group that I have, I was doing a weekly, um, class and posting a couple times, and there was no engagement. Um, so I was basically just talking to myself is what it felt like. Yeah, I think a lot of people feel like that. Yeah. So my accomplishments, I feel like now I am, um, I'm. I'm having lots of consultations. And, um, I have one client that is kind of on a week to week basis, and then I have one signed client, which I'm super excited about because that's way more than I was doing before. Um, I have another one that is. I'm going to see if it's a, uh, if it happens that that's happening in February. They said that that's when they wanted to start. So we're gonna see and expect that that is going to be my second client. So the fact that I'm actually having things moving and going and that I'm feeling more confident to go out there and be on podcasts and TVs and all that stuff is. Is huge accomplishments. Yes, you kind of just glazed over that. But Michelle, what else did you do today besides being on this podcast? Well, uh, right after our group call, I was on a TV show that is called the Vibe Vault, and she said they have like 60,000 viewers. So. Yeah, um, we did that. And I got off of that and came right into here. Just so exciting. And I think that, like a lot of people, because you've been at your business for a little bit, right? How long have you business? I, um, would say about two years. Yeah, so it was like two. And again, I think that a lot of people. I'm so, so glad you didn't. When you feel like you're speaking to the void and it feels like you just want to quit because you don't think people are interested, that happens for so many people. But if you've been at this for two years and you haven't seen results, it's not because what you're doing isn't good. It just might be that we need to tweak it and you do the right things, like the things that we talked about in the Mastermind. And that's. It's just so sad for me when I see people who are so talented, they've been at it for a while and they're like. I think because I've been at it for a while and I'm doing all the crazy things, it's not working. And I just want to share with them. Uh, it sometimes just takes you doing the right things, which is huge. Right? I agree. So good. Okay. Well, thank you for sharing that.
And we're just gonna go back around one more time, and I would love for you guys to share about, uh, if you. Why you think other people would be a good fit for this mastermind, or like, why do you think other people should join? So, Michael, let's start with you again. What are your thoughts? Of course. Yeah, so a couple things. Number one, you know, much like coaching itself is one of those things that everyone can benefit from. You just don't know you need it. And the Mastermind is one of those things. And the six figure systems is one of those things that, you know, if you're just setting up a business, if you're, um, or if you've already got one going, but you're kind of stagnant, it's. You don't know what you don't know. And as soon as you engage in a system like this that's very methodical and puts all the information out there and gives you all these, you know, different, uh, perspectives, um, of what could work in your situation, that's, um, when you kind of had that aha moment and figure out that's what I was missing, um, and you can move forward from there. So that would be my reason for certain. Oh, that's so good. And I Actually, literally just my. I had a couple of consults yesterday and one of them was literally, they said, I don't know what I don't know. That's why I want to join. And I was like, yep, that's it. And I think that, that. Thank you so much for sharing that because I think that's huge for everybody. Amy, what was. Why do you think other people should join the Mastermind? So I love that. Hopefully you won't take this the wrong way. This is how I think about six figure systems, and that is sort of like training wheels in the area of selling and marketing. Right. I've worked as a business, I've been a coach for a little bit. I know how to lose the weight, like I said. But when it comes to selling and marketing, I've been in some other containers that were much more like hands off. And you are so not hands off that it was so refreshing to see, oh, no, I got you. Like when you say I got you, I'm like, yeah, Megan has. This is. Feels so peaceful and so loving. I just love that you give me the foundation and then I can go from there. So many useful examples, specific tasks that of course I can make it my own. But I'm not starting from scratch. I'm not like, you know, I kind of feel like I need the training wheels. It's okay to get the help and not feel so overwhelmed and so just discouraged. Um, anyway, I just, I love that piece of it so much and I feel like you know my business better than I do, which I don't know how you do this. I feel like you're so brilliant. You know, everybody is. You like, oh, yeah, these are your pillars. Like, you know, uh, you have, I don't know, 50 people on the call and you're like, these are your pillars. I don't know how you do this, but anyway, it's just amazing to feel so encouraged and, um, and held. And also one more thing about the group is you encourage us to work with each other. I've gotten to know some amazing people already. We've. We've exchanged coaching with each other and helped each other out with testimonials. Encourage each other line, you know, um, helping with our, with just our reach and, and getting the word out of who we are. It. That's been, that's been invaluable. So many good things. Yes. Gosh, thank you, Amy. And that's like the way I want it to feel is the community aspect, I think is so critical, especially at the beginning of Your business. Because I would define the beginning of your business as pre six figures. Sometimes you've been at it for like I've had people at it for eight years and I would still say if you're pre six figures, you're still at the beginning stages of this uh, piece of your business. And I don't mind the training wheel reference at all. I'm like, that's what I kind of want to be. I want to hold your hand, take you through, explain every single thing. Like Michelle mentioned that she got her whole marketing calendar all in one session. And I think that's the kind of energy I want six figure systems always to feel like. So, so glad that you brought that up. And the community is also a huge piece for me too because that's what I think. If you aren't surrounding yourself with other people that are in your situation at uh, the pre six figures stage and even post six figures like Elaine, he's at post six figures. But I think that you can get really discouraged and like you might be reaching out to like, you might reach out to like 10 people and you might be like, I didn't hear back from somebody. And then you hear someone else reached out to 500 people and they heard back from one person and you're like, oh, okay, this formalizes things. This is how it's supposed to feel. This is where I should be. I'm actually ahead of the game versus kind of like I have no idea where I'm at. So thank you. Also, I will just say one little thing also is because I have a group, I love how you run our group and I'm learning so much about how you run a group and I'm applying it. You're leading by example obviously. And so I'm already thinking like, how can I utilize Google Classroom and things like the things that we use inside of our group. That feels so much more efficient and just how you uh, we have our reporting each week and how you do it so seamlessly and you know, the comments that you personally comment on each person's response, like all that stuff, I'm like, oh, I could totally apply that to what I'm doing too. So amazing. So good.
Oh, uh, that's such a good point because like I think that like that was one of the reasons why I joined Masterminds too is I knew I wanted to create a scalable offer. So just for anyone who is wondering what that means is your one on one coaching is what I typically prefer. You start with and this next scalable Offer is typically a one to many offer where you yourself are, uh, coaching multiple people. So that would be like a group coaching offer or even a program. And what I wanted to do is I knew that I wanted to have something outside of one on one coaching eventually. So of course I joined like six different masterminds and so I got to see a lot of different ways that people did it and I got to Frankenstein the Megan Wing way of doing it. So you take what I teach and bring it to your groups. Oh, uh, thank you, Amy. That was so, so good. Yes. You said welcome. Elainey, what are your thoughts on people joining six figure systems? I mean, those are very, two very good reasons that you don't know what you don't know. Right. And all of a sudden you're like, oh, there's so many ways to, to do this and put my, my post and what does it mean to post and you know, do outreach and oh, uh, all the details of that. I guess, you know, you, you don't know what you don't know. You could Google it, but you sort of make it a lot more, uh, easy to digest. And uh, you actually do it with me on the call, which takes away a lot of like, I get to see you do it for me and I use the words right, but you do it and then it's like a live example of what I can do next time. Which is pretty much the same what Emmy said, right? You're like, you're modeling for me what it would be like to do it for somebody else, for a client. What would it be to take notes in real time and to have a Google classroom where people can receive written feedback. If we're not a, you know, we're done with our session for the week and then they have some sort of a question or they need some support throughout the week. Um, it's just this whole, um, I mean, and you've been very generous with sharing your work with us so we can modify it and make it our own. Uh, and you're like, you know, a few steps ahead and we're kind of, you're the duck and we're the ducklings trying to follow you and learn from you. And it's just, uh, yeah, a good community to be with if you want to feel supported and kind of like, like your experience is normal and to kind of quiet down the comparison that our brain loves to make if you, you know, if you think you're the only one that hasn't figured it out. So the mastermind is a Place where you can feel normal and learn a lot. Love that. And I think that something that you touched on is, like, me actually sharing your screen. So a lot of times what I'll do is I take notes, and I have adhd, so it helps. I. And I'm a visual learner, so I actually am taking notes as we're on coaching calls, and it looks a little chaotic. It's like a rainbow of, like, every person who gets coached is a different color. But it helps me to see and, like, format all my ideas visually. And I like to offer that with you as well so that you can see. This is my train of thought. This is where I'm going. This is why I'm thinking this. And I think that's something that's a little different than what other people do because it looks a little chaotic, but it's good. Um, and then also, like, again, if you need help making your marketing calendar, like, I will literally go and pull up your marketing calendar and fill it in for you and be like, all right, let's take 10 minutes and do all of your content for February. And all you have to do is plan it. Or let me take your email and let me just make three posts from it and just do it really quick. And I think that. That even if you're not getting coached, seeing me do someone else's can be so, so helpful for, um, you guys. And there was something else that you said that I wanted to touch on. It was. You said the account. There was like, uh, the accountability piece of things. And having me in your corner, it might come back to me simplifying and just like, the. The perfection, The. The comparison. The comparison with other people feeling normal and just normalizing everything. Oh, I love this. So, so good.
And, uh, last but not least, Michelle, why don't you go ahead and share with us? Why would you think that other people would like to join the Mastermind? Well, I can tell you why I thought that it would be a good reason for me to join. And that was because it seemed, like, so doable. Just, like, so doable. And, you know, we talked about that. I hadn't done. I hadn't had a consult or client in a couple years, and I knew I needed to do something different. And so that was what I decided was, you know, you are adorable, and you are so, like, a lot of the things that you do, I totally can track with them because my brain seems like it's almost on the same wave as yours. And so I totally thought, you know what this looks like something that I can actually do that I'm going to follow through with, and that is going to be simple enough and easy enough that even I can make it happen. And you have been, which is so exciting, and I'm so, so proud of you. And actually, we did a consult before. We did a consult, like, earlier in 2024, maybe even in 2023. And then you just passed around in the Mastermind. And that, for me, is something that, uh, I think is important for, like, other people. Like, if you go and I would say, like, a lot of times you can hear the systems and, like, understand it, but then you need that support to apply it. So if you've heard me talk about the systems before and you haven't necessarily applied it or you haven't seen the results from it, this might be a great time for you to join. So, Michelle, thank you so much for sharing. I am so, so thankful for each and every one of you guys. Seriously, thank you so much for coming on. If you guys have any questions for any of these amazing members or I also post on my story the typical members of the Mastermind, like, every single week. So you can see everybody that's in it. Feel free. If that's okay with you guys, to reach out with questions, I will have their contact information, their social consult link. If you are like, oh, this sounds like something I could use, feel free to book consults with them. They are all incredible coaches, and I cannot wait to see you guys on the next week of the podcast. Bye, everybody.
