Calendaring for Work-Life Balance
On the 21st I'm going to be doing a Plan Your Year Workshop which is going to teach you how I created all this work-life balance… but in order to do that you have to know how to plan your week.
When I plan my week I use a protocol called Monday Hour 1 and it's very simple but it's a great way for you to get more done in half the time.
CALENDARING PROTOCOL:
Write these 5 categories: personal, relationships, meetings, results, and miscellaneous
Under each category make a TODO list of everything you need to do for the week
Write the days of the week on a prioritized list and put each task under a day of the week
Take that prioritized list and put each item on your calendar
Monday Hour 1, helped me get everything I needed to do DONE.
