Myths around a 6- Figure Business

Hey there high achievers! These are the metrics to track while growing to a  6- Figure Level…and it’s not what you think!

Here are the biggest misconceptions I had when growing my business to $150k+ in a year and how I’m clarifying these metrics for my clients!  

1. INSTEAD of hustling for multiple consults a week, I learned how to CONVERT fewer consults.

   I don’t have consults weekly, I just know how to convert!

2. INSTEAD of stressing out about posting daily on social media, I figured out a strategy that helped me keep my peace of mind. 

   I even locked out of social for 2 months this year and often only do 3 posts a week.

3. INSTEAD of feeling pressure to do more webinars, I intentionally chose to lead workshops to nurture my audience.
   I only do 4-6 presentations a year to make sure I’m supporting new and current people. 

4. INSTEAD of trying to make lots of offers, I crafted 1 high value offer that.

   In fact, I made $109k in 2022 from just 1 offer (1:1 coaching) 

5. INSTEAD of working from a strict schedule, I created a flexible structure that works around my life.

   I work 30ish hours a week on average, and it shifts DRASTICALLY based on my annual plan.  

6. INSTEAD of worrying about having a huge following, I focused on building my relationships and growing more naturally.  

   I have a spreadsheet to help me remember who and when to reach out to so I can focus on BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS vs. growing a following! 

We can often get stuck with what’s nicknamed “vanity metrics” like followers, likes, comments, $ coming in weekly, even # of consults! Zero’s in a lot of these categories are normal and not at all required to hit 6 and multiple 6 figures! 

When you figure out your 6-Figure Formula so you know what foundational metrics to track, then you’ll be taking the most efficient action to grow your business.
